Building the Solution for you: Transdeal lets you customize its service as per your needs. During the initial sales phase, our experienced sales executive tries to analyze your needs and present you with all the options available for you through Transdeal. If needed Transdeal's sales person will bring in people from Transdeal's technical team and operations team to discuss any technical or operational/business needs that you might want addresses and suggest appropriate solutions.

The Agreement: If you like the value proposition of Transdeal's Transcription service and when all of your needs are addressed, Transdeal's Sales executive will provide you with a standard business agreement that you can have reviewed by your legal team and suggest any changes that you might want to incorporate. Transdeal will work aggressively to incorporate changes to the agreement as per your needs.

Gathering the basic information: In this phase Transdeal's Sales Executive will collect some basic information from you to start setting up the service for you. Provider details, Template or macro's if any to be used, referring physician details and such other information.

Technical Integration: If any technical integration or support is needed, Transdeal's technical team will work with you and set up systems as needed. Build VPN tunnels, HL7 interfacing, Installing Software, etc, All of this is done remotely either on phone.

Using the Service: Your providers can dictate as often as they want over the phone or by using the Digital Recorder, from wherever they are.

Within 24 hours of receiving your dictation, our team of highly skilled transcriptionists and proofreaders process your dictation into letter-perfect text. These reports will be delivered to you electronically.
