Archives

Transdeal keeps all voice files and transcribed reports readily available in its transcription systems for a period of 90 days from the date the voice files are received before they are archived. The time for which these files are archived before being destroyed can be adjusted as per your needs. Transdeal can provide you with a copy of the archived files before they are destroyed.

Accessing the archives

If you need to retrieve a transcribed report from the past 90 days, you can contact Transdeal customer support and have them find the document for you and re transmit it to you.
